Session I. The purpose of this session is to develop an understanding of what cultural diversity is and how it informs our interactions with others. In this session, we will explore culture and the barriers to honor cultural differences.
Session II. The purpose of this session is to develop an
understanding that all organizations are cultures unto
themselves. Here we become familiar with the FSA
Way and how to implement strength-based services
through a culturally-sensitive lens.
