The Felton Institute is a division of Family Service Agency of San Francisco, offering professional development and training to social service and behavioral health professionals in Motivational Care Management (MCM) , Management and Leadership, Evidence-Based Practices, and helping social service agencies develop research infrastructure through our Cloud-based Integrated Reporting and Charting Environment (CIRCE). Guided by a commitment to positive outcomes, social justice, respect for diverse cultures, and client driven service, the Felton Institute offers free and low-cost services to agencies within San Francisco and across the nation.
